Back in the USA. We drove through the Fraser Canyon country which was beautiful. There weren't any snow capped mountains but the mountains were still impressive. On the way down this magnificent canyon we almost ran into about 12 mountain goats. They were crossing the road.
When we got to Blaine we took a ride out to the beach. It was raining but beautiful and we just drove around. I have one bad picture of 2 blue herons. There were about 6 in the water but we could not stop on the road and this was a fast picture take. Hopefully tomorrow we will see them again.
It was great to have phone service again. Gene needs to get in touch with the doctor since he could not take one of the medications he was prescribed. It was Lipitor. We will also drive to Billingham to see if we can find a Wal Mart to get a prescription of his refilled.

Dad do you remember me telling u in washington that there's a restaurant or coffee shop named pikes.and that there is a coffee blend named pikes.did u by any chance see it in Washington?
