day 14,to the 17th of May

The snow melted enough and we were able to leave for Page, AZ.
Arrived in Page AZ. Words can't describe the beauty on the ride in and all around us. Even though Lake Powell is 100 ft lower than it should be the vistas are amazing.
While doing laundry we met a couple from Israel who where delightful. They flew to US and rented a RV. They went with us to Antelope Canyon the next day. You have to be guided onto the canyon by native indians since it is on the reservation. It is a slot canyon made of sandstone and when it floods the water rushes through making these beautiful pictures.
On the 17th we visited the Lake Powell Dam and had a tour down into the dam. Films explained the work that went into making the dam. Did not bring our cameras.

If you need help learning how to add a picture to these posts let me know. Remember, some of us are chained to the desk and need some visuals of the adventure :)

Arlene,

Are you sure you;'re not lost?
(This looks more like Alaska than Arizona to me.)

Besides, you said you were going to Alaska anyway!

Blessings,

Bobby
