June 1

Beautiful days. Things that are different in Canada...full service gas stations, days are loooonger ( had to cover the windows to make it dark enough to sleep), no huge road signs entering the cities, fields and fields of dandelions.
Stopped at Dawson Creek visitor center and saw a film on the building of the Alcan hwy. It was started during WWII and took 8 months to finish. A huge accomplishment of the time. Took pictures at Mile 0. We camped on the hwy for a free night. We have seen so many animals. Black bears, baby caribou, deer, moose, coyotes, etc.
I am having a hard time getting onto the blog and entering new blogs. Have the patience I am not having.
