We were both so tired from all the exercise yesterday that we slept till 9am. After breakfast we took a ride to Bidderford Pool on the Atlantic Ocean. We walked for 2 hrs on the beach picking up rocks and shells. It was cloudy but not cold.At 5 we went to Norene's, our oldest daughter, were our grandson Jean made us a lobster and haddock dinner. It included salad, stuffing, ribs, and birthday cake for dessert. It was our g. grandson Dalton's and g. granddaughter Haley's Birthday. It was a wonderful evening.
